The Starter Suite is a flat $149/month. Advanced & Custom pricing varies based on the features you select.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Getting started with Connexup is completely free.
How is Connexup different from marketplace commissions?
Marketplace apps typically take 20–30% from restaurants.
Connexup does not.
We charge no order commissions to restaurants — only a flat monthly fee.
A small 2.5% service fee is paid by customers at checkout, so your revenue and profit margins stay protected.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Everything included in your plan is clearly listed.
Do you offer a free trial? How is the 15-day free trial counted?
Yes. All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to the Starter Suite.
Your 15-day trial begins only after you add a credit card.
You can also create an account without adding a card to explore limited features.

Do you provide hardware?
